We are a manufacturer, so most operators buy our product through their existing foodservice distributor rather than from us directly. That means no new account, no separate delivery, and our items land on the same invoice as everything else.
The practical step is to give your rep the item code from our catalog. Item codes are stable and are what distributor ordering systems key on — asking for “the O'Steen chicken fajita meat” is slower and less reliable than asking for item 5065.

We deliver throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding states — Texas, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri. Being centrally located in Oklahoma City is what makes short lead times across that footprint practical.
For locations outside that area, we can discuss special shipping arrangements on larger volume orders. Federal inspection under USDA Est. #1926 means our product can ship across state lines without restriction.
Larger accounts and custom formulation programmes often buy direct from the plant. If you are running enough volume that a direct relationship makes sense — or if you need a product that does not exist yet — talk to us about custom formulations.
Usually yes. Most foodservice distributors will add an item when an operator requests it by item code. Send us your distributor's details and we will help make the introduction.

For first-time customers we offer sample orders with no minimum. Ask us rather than your distributor for that.
